Robyn Agius
Area Specialist
Finding herself up to her elbows in decades of cockroach poo might not be everyone’s idea of fun, but for Robyn Agius, it’s all part of her passion for property. With a talent for recognising hidden gems in both old and new homes, Robyn brings humour, dedication, and unparalleled professionalism to her role as a real estate agent and business owner with Area Specialist.
Currently, her passion project is renovating an old building in the Pioneer Valley. Once complete, it will be a blend of residential and commercial, with a nod to its heritage.
"Abandoned buildings intrigue me," Robyn admits.
"It’s such a shame to see them empty and deteriorating at a time when we have a housing crisis.
“It’s interesting to discover the construction styles of decades ago, and I’m excited to see the building completed and already looking out for my next project."
Robyn’s efficiency and expertise make her a standout in the real estate industry. Her ability to see the potential in any property ensures that her clients receive the best possible advice.
"The best time to sell is when you are ready!" she says.
“At the moment there is an increase in buyers' agents and investor interest in our region.
"Integrity matters massively in everything I do, and I'm not one to compromise that for anything or anyone."
Having raised her family in the Pioneer Valley, Robyn’s expertise in this area is unparalleled, and the region holds a special place in her heart.
“The view is spectacular as you head up the range, the temperature drops and the hills of Eungella remind me of our family farm in New Zealand."
Robyn’s connection to the community is evident in her Gratuity Referral Program, which she launched this year.
"I donate $1000 of my earnings from every property sale to a local school or charity," she says.
"If the vendors have a charity close to their heart, I am happy to be guided by them.
“Otherwise, the donation goes to a school near the property that was sold, the Australian Street Aid Project, Royal Flying Doctor Service, or Life Impact Church, who are generous supporters of our community.”
