Meet the Marketing and Sales Consultant Who Turns 'For Sale' Into 'Sold'!

Marketing and sales consultant, Fiona Donnellan, has been offering her expertise in the real-estate realm for 12 years, with 11 of those years spent at Ray White Whitsundays. Before finding her real-estate career, Fiona also worked as a youth coordinator for 8 years and in the office at the Weighbridge in Saleyards. In her downtime, Fiona is also an Australian Ambassador for the Kindness Movement.

Having lived in Nebo for 18 years, working as a soccer coach for the Nebo Nippers and a contract musterer, Fiona moved to Mackay. In 2013, she relocated with her family to the spectacular Whitsundays. Fiona described the move as the "sea change" she had always dreamed of.

With over a decade of expertise, Fiona’s primary focus includes ocean view and beachfront properties in the exquisite Hideaway Bay, high-end and coastal view properties in Shute Harbour, Airlie Beach, and Cannonvale, as well as more rural properties.

As the Whitsunday property market has been quite resilient and impressive over the last four years, Fiona reinforces how most of the buyers are looking for a lifestyle change and hence migrating to the spectacular Whitsundays.

With a love for working with people and helping them turn their dreams into reality, Fiona emphasises how buying a house is “one of the biggest transactions most people make in their lives.”

Fiona’s personal highlights included, being recognised as an Elite Agent, putting on a Personal Assistant, and becoming a grandma. She added that her hobbies included Latin dancing, socialising and listening to live music.

Tell us a bit about your loved ones?

“We’re a bit of brady bunch, I have four amazing children and my partner has two amazing daughters, so we have a tribe of six. Plus, two precious Grandsons and our border collie fur baby Ronnie.”
