If life is a financial game, Nicole Geisler is the ultimate coach—helping her clients make strategic plays, dodge economic curveballs, and score big on their financial goals. From first-home budgets to retirement strategies, Nicole doesn’t just crunch numbers—she builds relationships, ensuring every client has the confidence to take control of their future.
“I love getting to know my clients, not just their finances but their lives,” Nicole says.
“It’s about being there to celebrate their wins, support them through challenges, and be the trusted voice they turn to at every stage.”
Nicole’s own career is proof that financial success isn’t just about where you start, but where you’re willing to go. Beginning as a receptionist in Gardian’s real estate department, she soon transitioned into financial planning, climbing the ranks from adviser’s assistant to paraplanner before becoming a fully qualified financial adviser. Along the way, she earned her Master’s in Financial Planning, with Gardian’s unwavering support guiding her through every step.
One of Gardian’s core values is balance—something Nicole has learned to embody in both her career and personal life. With her little boy recently starting kindy, she treasures the flexibility to do school drop-offs and pick-ups while still pursuing her passion for financial planning.
“It’s incredible to have a workplace that values family as much as I do,” she says.
For Nicole, strong women have always shaped her journey. From her mother—who juggled running a business while raising four kids—to her sisters, who lead successful careers while raising families of their own, she’s surrounded by powerhouse role models.
But perhaps her biggest professional inspiration is her Aunty Denise, Gardian’s CEO.
“She’s built an incredible company and has supported me in both my career and family life. I wouldn’t be where I am without her guidance.”
Outside of work, Nicole is just as goal-driven—only now, the goals are on a basketball court.
A natural athlete, she played representative basketball for Mackay from age nine through to 18, using any sport as an excuse to escape schoolwork. These days, she channels that same energy into gym sessions, family time, and the occasional long lunch with margaritas and great company.
With a sharp mind for finance and a heart for her clients, Nicole isn’t just helping people plan for the future—she’s making sure they enjoy the journey along the way.
Favourite place you've ever visited in the world and why?
We just returned from a family trip to Japan. We went to the Neisko and Tokyo and loved every minute. What made it even more special was that it was our first overseas trip as a family.
